The Beic collaborates with universities and secondary schools (at senior level) in order to contribute to the formation of students' critical thinking skills so as to promote discernment in knowledge selection, with the aim of developing in users a capacity for mature and independent judgement.
To achieve this end, the Beic Foundation will place at the disposal of teachers and students a range of organized paths and educational tools, adopting different schemes complementary to each other. It will provide plentiful links to some of its selected digital resources.
The educational tools have been devised for use in high schools. One's dealing with a service composed of collaborative software (or groupware) and a series of educational paths (of various scopes, both interdisciplinary and individual topic focused) developed by qualified teachers. The service aims to offer the tools and methodologies necessary for the realization of collaborative projects of various kinds, whether they be in the same class, between different classes within the same institute, or between classes of different institutes.
